Description: The Arnold Group is seeking a skilled Machine Operator II for a manufacturing facility in the Emporia area. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC production machines producing first qualified parts and maintaining tight quality tolerances. The ideal candidate will have solid setup experience and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Requirements:
210 years of CNC setup and operation experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience using precision measuring instruments
Ability to verify tooling installation and machine functionality
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: MondayThursday 5:00am to 3:30pm (1st Shift) or MondayThursday 3:30pm to 2:00am (2nd Shift). Some overtime may be required.
