Required Qualifications:
Baccalaureate Degree ADN or Diploma: RN Degree.
At least one (1) year of Registered Nurse experience
Active Arkansas Registered Nursing License.
Current BLS certification.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
Good communication skills (written and oral).

Leadership and collaborative skills.
Strong patient advocacy and patient education skills.
Strong organizational skills and computer knowledge.
Knowledgeable in Medical Terminology required.
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of RN experience and at least two (2) years of LPN experience
One (1) year of clinic or ambulatory setting experience.
Additional Information:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide education support and assistance to patients with chronic conditions to prevent or manage their health and wellness.
Collaborate with patients families and care providers to develop and implement individualized health plans.
Coordinate care and follow-up for patients receiving outpatient services including prescription refill requests and patient education.
Maintain high-quality care standards and work independently to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Customer service scheduling and insurance verification (as outlined in clinic operations).
Collecting payments maintaining records and supporting financial counseling for patients.
Professional development through training staff meetings and skill assessments.
May perform other duties as assigned.
