Job Title: Channel Account Manager

Job Location: Düsseldorf (Germany) / Prague (Czech Republic) / Vienna (Austria)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop relationships with channel Photomate (mainly operation managers who responsible for PSI incentives procurement managers who responsible for SI ST marketing manager who responsible for marketing activities including JMF/MDF management).

  • Enable channel partners to continuously improve their operation capabilities.

  • Maintain the market order and ensure the healthy development of channel businesses.

  • Establish channel objectives and strategies to meet sales goals in collaboration with the Regional Digital Power Dept and rep offices covered by Photomate.

  • Work with offer and channel marketing to provide tools and support to Photomate.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to monitor performance assess execution of actions and market dynamics.

  • Develop and maintain channel contracts.

  • In-depth knowledge of the channel market.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of channel business model and managing sales channels.

  • Good technical knowledge coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.

  • Very good knowledge in PV solution such as inverter Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and grid network etc is preferred.

  • Excellent relationship management communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.

  • Good planning and organizational skills.

  • >1 years of experience in managing channels or solution.

  • Excellent English (negotiation level) and fluent in Mandarin Chinese or German is a plus.

  • Success-oriented motivation for market development.
