Job Summary

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Franklin Woods Ctr - Baltimore MD 21237

Job Type: Contract

Shift: Evening Shift

Schedule: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed medications and treatments

Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition changes

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Perform wound care and dressing changes

Maintain accurate documentation in medical records

Follow infection control and safety protocols

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members

Required Qualifications:

Active LPN License (State license required)

Current BLS/CPR certification

Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred

Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

Ability to work evening shifts
