Contractors who fail to comply with Mercys Influenza Vaccination Policy will not be permitted to work on Mercy premises.... Individuals who do not receive the influenza vaccination due to an approved medical or religious exemption must wear a mask (or an N95 respirator if a tight-fitting respirator is required for the co-workers specific job function). The mask must cover both nose and mouth during the influenza season when present at Mercy facilities.... Masking will begin on November 1 and continue through March 31 (unless data from the community indicates a later flu season).

Low stimulation and secured unit with monitored rooms specialized beds patient lifts and dedicated therapy gym and dining area
Gymnasiums featuring high-tech therapy devices and treatments such as an InMotion Robotic Arm as well as a therapy car to assist patients in relearning how to get in and out of a vehicle

Special apartments where patients and families can practice daily living tasks
Private family-friendly rooms with sleeper chairs
An outdoor healing garden and walking trail to assist in rehabilitation
