Job Summary

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of experience in multiple IT areas (REQUIRED)
2-3 years of relevant architecture experience (REQUIRED)
Advanced to expert-level knowledge of architecture applications systems design and integration (REQUIRED)
Specific expertise in Tibco Mainframe FOCUS and JCL (REQUIRED)
Knowledge of mainframe batch schedulers chaining jobs between predecessors and dependents (REQUIRED)
Understanding of column delimited flat text file structures (REQUIRED)

Technical Skills - FOCUS (REQUIRED):

Expertise in Tibco Mainframe FOCUS/WebFOCUS
Experience with master files
Experience with complex queries involving multiple data sources
Experience with reading creating and updating flat files
Experience with multiple include statements

Technical Skills - JCL (REQUIRED):

Reading editing and creating JCL jobs
Experience with reading creating and editing flat files
Experience with running multiple programs from single JCL jobs
Experience with multiple RC Types
Experience with scheduling JCL jobs and reviewing executed jobs
Experience with submitting ad-hoc jobs

Applications Development Skills (REQUIRED):

Knowledge of the SCRUM Framework
Knowledge of financial systems such as ERP
Experience with Entity Relationship Diagrams
Experience with documenting and communicating technical requirements
Experience coordinating with Business Analysts to capture business requirements
Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business language

Preferred Technical Skills: Candidates with experience in the following areas will be given preference:

Cool GEN
COBOL
DB2 z/OS
DB2 Database
