Technical Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a high-impact Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth across robotics autonomy and embodied AI teams.
This is a strategic consultative sales role not transactional selling. You will own the full sales cycle engage deeply with technical stakeholders and help shape solution architecture alongside product and engineering teams. You ll be responsible for building meaningful long-term partnerships with innovative AI organizations.
You will have significant ownership and direct visibility with leadership making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in high-growth technically sophisticated environments.
What You ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting through discovery solution development negotiation and close
- Identify and develop high-potential enterprise accounts within robotics autonomy and AI infrastructure sectors
- Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for key accounts
- Drive renewals expansions and multi-threaded stakeholder engagement
- Lead technical discovery conversations and define measurable success metrics
- Translate customer requirements into structured solution scopes in collaboration with engineering and product teams
- Deliver compelling customized demos to both technical buyers and executive decision-makers
- Navigate complex enterprise buying cycles including security procurement and legal
- Represent the company at industry events and strategic customer engagements
What We re Looking For:
- 1 years of experience in technical sales enterprise sales solutions consulting or business development with strong execution ability
- Proven account management and relationship-building skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
- Comfortable operating in highly technical conversations and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Background in AI robotics simulation synthetic data or ML infrastructure is strongly preferred
- Highly organized proactive and strong analytical problem-solver
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling to robotics autonomy or AI infrastructure leaders
- Familiarity with simulation ecosystems such as Isaac Sim Isaac Lab Unity Unreal or ROS
- Experience closing complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Exposure to high-ACV transactions ($100K preferred)
