Job Description
As a Security Officer - Credential Verification in Boynton Beach FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. As an Access Control Officer at a residential location you will greet residents and guests manage entry points and verify credentials to support a smooth welcoming experience. You will monitor activity document security-related events and communicate clearly with residents staff and local responders as needed. At Allied Universal you will bring integrity teamwork and innovation to every interaction while helping to deter unwanted activity through a professional visible presence.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents guests vendors and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification authorizations and/or visitor logs and directing authorized persons to the appropriate locations.
- Monitor entrances gates and common areas using visual observation and available systems reporting unusual activity according to post orders.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including documenting events and notifying the appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings amenities parking areas and perimeter points noting and reporting maintenance concerns and/or policy violations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Security Experience 1 Years.
- Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
- Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
- Customer Service Experience - preferred.
- Guard Card/License - preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
