What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a government utility location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and notify appropriate site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe assigned areas using security-related systems and visual observation reporting irregular conditions such as unauthorized access attempts damage or suspicious behavior.
• Complete detailed reports and logs document security-related incidents and communicate relevant information during shift handoff to support continuity of operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
