THE ROLE:

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will assist in handling the application management by setting up interviews for hiring managers and candidates
  • You will be responsible for candidate communication throughout the process
  • You will support the People Team and the hiring managers in translating and posting job advertisements as well as in the entire administrative application and onboarding process
  • You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements
  • You will take a direct approach and - in conjunction with the hiring manager - identify potential candidates
  • You will independently search for suitable candidates for our open positions in Sales Software development and Customer Experience amongst others and will work with various recruitment tools and platforms to do so
  • You will help set up a talent pool of suitable candidates
  • You will contribute to different recruitment activities like employer branding fairs and recruitment events


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Studies in economics business administration business psychology Human Resources or comparable fields of study are required
  • You need to have a keen interest in the area of HR especially in recruiting
  • You are still enrolled in further education for at least 6 months or longer
  • You will need to be available for 16 to 20 hours per week to be worked over 3-4 days a week
  • Excellent organizational skills independence confidence a proactive approachand endurance need to be amongst your strengths
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • You must have very good written and spoken German and English skills
