THE ROLE:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a hybrid role that blends recruiting coordination and operational excellence with assignments infull-cycle recruiting. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth high-quality hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers while directly contributing to filling priority roles.

This position is ideal for someone who is experienced in recruiting coordination working within a recruiting or talent acquisition team and is looking to grow their skills and experience in full-cycle recruiting. The role is based in our Fort Lauderdale office and within a global talent team operating in our fast-growing tech company.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Priority area:Recruiting Coordination & Operations
  • In support of the talent acquisition (TA) partners own and coordinate all interview scheduling for the Americas region across multiple time zones ensuring seamless coordination with candidates and interviewers
  • Manage candidate communication interview logistics and follow-ups
  • Support offer letter generation approvals and offer delivery in partnership with HR and TA leadership
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure compliance with regional hiring practices and internal processes

Developing area: Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • As a secondary part of the role you will manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles from intake through offer acceptance. This workload will depend on the overall number of hiring requisitions and as time allows based on coordination and operational responsibilities.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements interview plans and hiring timelines
  • Source screen and engage candidates across technical commercial and corporate roles
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess skills experience and culture fit
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process ensuring a positive and professional experience

Stakeholder & Process Support
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Support the hiring requisition process and forecast list updating
  • Identify process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and candidate satisfaction
  • Support reporting on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill pipeline health and candidate experience
  • Assist with recruiting projects hiring initiatives the internship program and process rollouts as needed

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications
  • 25 years of experience in recruiting recruiting coordination or a hybrid TA role
  • Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage complex scheduling across time zones
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in technology software or IT environments
  • Exposure to global or EMEA hiring environments
  • Sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Findem or similar tools
  • Familiarity with compliance considerations in regulated industries
