Job Summary
Hospitalist IM to join growing team in diverse community in Southwestern Minnesota
Join the team of physicians at CentraCares Rice Memorial Hospital site in Willmar MN
Summary
Join a collaborative patient-centered team at Rice Memorial Hospital a 136-bed regional facility and the Southwestern hub of CentraCare. Practice in a modern inpatient setting with an on-campus outpatient surgery center onsite pharmacy lab and procedure rooms. Comprehensive services include cardiac and pulmonary rehab PT OT speech therapy and regional outreach. Bedside procedures are optional with opportunities to teach medical students and Family Medicine residents.
Schedule
Swing/admitting shift from 1-11 PM covered by one provider
Overnight currently covered by tele-hospitalist service (no overnight coverage expected)
Flexible block scheduling utilized. 15 shifts/month considered full time
Pay and Benefits
Salary range:$388080 per year
Salary reflects evening shift premium.
Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
- Medical Degree or Doctor of Osteopathy
- BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
- Family Medicine applicants must have 2 years of hospital experience or a fellowship in Hospital Medicine
