With 70% travel youll be on the front lines selling innovative wound care solutions mainly in the surgical OR. This is a hunter position perfect for a results-oriented salesperson who enjoys building new relationships and driving growth.

Education/Experience Requirements Territory Manager-Medical Device Sales
  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Minimum two years experience selling medical devices in the hospital space
  • Strong independent project management capabilities and organizational skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office programs (Word Excel Power Point)
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM
  • Experience working in an environment with global objectives
  • Traveling 70% of the time
  • Weekend work will be required as needed

Position Responsibilities Territory Manager-Medical Device Sales
  • Responsible for driving new business contributing to the overall strategic plan to develop and grow the region.
  • Responsible for maintaining all accounts within designated territory from all channels (all facility types: Hospitals LTC SNFs Clinics DMEs)
  • Drive utilization in key IDNs within the region
  • Collaborate with key acute care partners on new acute care opportunities evaluation planning and implementation
  • Collaborate with post-acute partners to drive new starts activity from existing business while prospecting opportunities for new post-acute business
  • Responsible for NPWT product in-servicing throughout hospitals: surgeons nurses biomed case management and other
  • Responsible for developing funnel opportunities within designated territory to achieve territory quota
  • Lead multi-site facility rollouts for new product launches and conversions
  • Initiate new customer setups NPWT education and product use training to ensure effective utilization of equipment
  • Update sales opportunities and forecasts through company CRM software
  • Keep timely records and manage all customer activities including call reports and follow-up through company CRM software


Employee must meet vendor credentialing/compliance demands of accounts within given territory. This includes but not limited to: RepTrax VendorMate Status Blue VCS etc. For patient/customer safety purposes as part of the vendor credentialing process Employee must satisfy accounts drug screening requirements including but not limited to screening for marijuana use regardless if use of marijuana is legal under applicable state law.
