What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor access control points for a manufacturing location by verifying identification managing visitor check-in and/or badging and coordinating with site contacts for approvals.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas warehouses parking areas and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including coordinating notifications documenting actions taken and assisting with scene control as directed.
• Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation communicate observations during shift transitions and report maintenance concerns such as unsecured doors broken lighting and/or damaged fencing.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a current EMT certification.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
