What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests tenants and staff by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas storefront corridors loading areas and parking lots to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or operational concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including disturbances medical calls lost and found matters and/or requests for assistance.
• Monitor access points and security-related systems as assigned assist with after-hours lockup and/or opening procedures and coordinate with mall management and local responders when needed.
• Document patrol activity incidents and observations in written reports and/or electronic logs and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
• State County or City Issued Security License - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
