As a Security Guard - Full-Time Patrol Financial Sitein Tempe AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine rounds and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns document activity and deliver clear communication and customer service for employees and visitors. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas and the exterior perimeter monitoring for unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including de-escalation notification of site contacts and coordination with responding personnel as needed.
• Control access points by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic verifying authorization as directed by post orders and reporting irregularities per site procedures.
• Complete accurate shift documentation including incident reports and patrol logs and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
