Learn more: As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine rounds and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control assist residents and guests with a customer-first approach and document activity using on-site systems. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access control requirements and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including documenting details and reporting to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas parking areas building entrances and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor and/or report suspicious activity property concerns and maintenance hazards and communicate findings via radio phone and written reports.
• Perform routine checks of gates doors and other access points and assist with visitor directions and policy reminders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
