Find your purpose as a Total Rewards & HR Operations Intern with CentraCare! We are seeking a motivated and curious intern to participate in a structured 16week rotational program designed to provide broad exposure across multiple HR functional areas. This nonclinical internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how core HR operations support the employee experience and the overall functioning of a large healthcare organization.
Over the course of the program you will rotate through eight departments: Compensation Benefits HRIS Payroll HR Program Management HR Customer Care HR Compliance and the HR Service Center spending two weeks embedded with each team. You will gain handson experience contribute to meaningful work and build a strong foundation for a future career in HR.
Internship Experience
Interns will assist with administrative and projectbased tasks within each rotation collaborate with HR professionals across the organization and gain insight into the daytoday operations that keep our HR systems and services running smoothly. This internship is ideal for individuals exploring HR career paths or interested in understanding how HR functions behind the scenes.
