As a Security Officer - Condo Patrol in Chicago IL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine rounds and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to alarms and/or service requests document observations and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering a strong customer experience. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including disputes access concerns and medical facility disruptions and communicate updates to site leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout interior corridors waiting areas parking areas and building perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points restricted areas and after-hours activity; assist with visitor wayfinding and badge or pass processes per site policy.
• Document and report incidents observations and maintenance or hazard concerns using required logs and/or reporting systems and coordinate with local responders when directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
