What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors and employees by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Operate the front desk by greeting visitors verifying identification issuing visitor credentials and directing individuals to the appropriate destination per site access guidelines.
- Monitor lobby activity cameras alarms and access control systems from the front desk reporting irregular conditions and helping to deter unauthorized entry.
- Respond to incidents requests for assistance and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and document events in reports and/or logs per site requirements.
- Communicate clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding daily activity policy questions and incident notifications escalating concerns as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
