What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to client personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Operate the dispatch post by monitoring radios telephones alarm systems and/or video surveillance and coordinating response actions with on-site personnel and local resources as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner gathering key details communicating updates and documenting actions taken.
• Maintain accurate security-related logs and reports including incident details key control records access activity and shift pass-down information.
• Support site operations by assisting with access control tasks such as verifying identification issuing temporary badges tracking deliveries and/or contractors and directing visitors to appropriate check-in areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
