KBR is looking for HR Services coordinator.
Nationality: Saudi
Responsibilities:
- Arrange travel transportation and accommodation for staff contractors and visitors.
- Manage service requests with vendors (transport companies housing providers relocation services).
- Track and follow up on deliveries shipments and service contracts.
- Monitor inventory and supplies for HR and office needs.
- Coordinate with procurement for requisitions purchase orders and payments related to services.
- Ensure smooth interface between HR administration and operational departments.
- Maintain confidential handling of all personnel and company information.
- Ensure the compliance of safe work practices hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
- Encourage reporting of Near miss unsafe conditions and acts.
- Participates in Safety audits.
- Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled
- Support company events training sessions and workshops
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance High School.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance Diploma
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
