We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design develop and implement enterprise-grade BPM and case management solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business process automation system integrations and application customization using Pega best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8 years of experience in Pega development
Strong experience with:
- Case Management
- BPM workflows
- Decision rules
Knowledge of PRPC architecture and guardrails
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Pega System Architect (CSA)
Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA)
Experience in Banking Insurance or Healthcare domains
Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure)
Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization
