Key responsibilities

• Enhanceourcustomerrelationshipsbuildthoughtleadershipandenableknowledgesharingpromoteourinnovativevarietiesanddrive brand & conceptreputationon a West European level.

• Develop andimplementtheregional marketing communicationplanbased ontheleading prioritiesand sales drivers in West Europe.

• OrganiseandcoordinateregionalEnza Zaden eventsandselectedexternaleventsinalignmentwiththeproductandsales teams.

• Createand supportinnovativeconsumer-drivenproductconceptstodevelopthe vegetable category andsecure future growth.

• Guide and supportthe local marketing teams inimplementing regional marketing initiativesand support them developing local initiatives.

• Build connections acrosslocalregionalandglobal teamswith marketing salesproduct managementand beyond.

• Participate in regionalinternationaland multidisciplinary projects including key customer initiatives.

Your team and work environment

You will be part of theWest EuropeanRegional Marketing team reporting to theRegional Marketing Manager. You work closely withthe local marketeersandsalesteamsfromthe differentsubsidiariesregionalproductmanagersandtheglobal marketing team.

The role is based inthe Netherlandsand includes domestic and international travelthrough West Europe.

What you bring as a future colleague

Skills & experience

• Bachelors degree (Business Economics Marketing or related)

• Minimum6years of relevant marketing experience

• Provenexpertisein:

• B2B marketing communication& activation

• B2B customerexperience& events

• Conceptualization& positioning

• Strategicthinkingwith hands-on execution capability

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong project managementanalytical data-savvy

• Highly collaborative with strong intercultural understanding

• A self-starter who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment

• Proficient in Englishand Dutch(written and verbal)

• Based in the Netherlands

• Spanish and/or German language skills are a strong plus
