We arelooking forFieldServiceEngineerbased inHsinchu and Taichungto serviceEntegris Products orsystems.
TheField Service Engineer Level IIisresponsibleforproduct service and support at customer locations forEntegris Products orSystems. Work performed includesstart-up/commissioning customer training technical support troubleshooting/repairs and maintenance.They are expected to work mostly independently with minimal input from management and Senior Field Service Engineers.
In this role you will:
Deliverfieldservice support and assistance to troubleshoot repair maintainand upgrade equipmentat customer locations.
Provide email and phone responses to customer requests for technicalassistancein accordance withcustomer agreements and contractual obligations.
Develop and translate technical documentation for procedures and processes used by regional FSE teams and customers.
Promote manageand execute Preventative Maintenance Agreementsat customer sites.
Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems by reading schematics piping and instrumentation diagrams and any technical documentation necessary to perform electrical or mechanical repairs.
Always follow safe work practices attend safety training as assigned andcomply withall Entegris customer and local safety regulations.
Providetimelysupport to global FSE teams through email and international travel as.
Maintain proper documentation for all on-site field service support calls and any critical equipment information gathered via phone/email.
Provide parts/labor/travel requirementsto local CSR (Customer Service Representative) for customer quote generation.
Work with local sales and application engineers to ensure customer satisfaction with service performance and delivery and to coordinate cross-functional meetings and technical actions as.
Provide detailed verbal and written feedback to Engineering QualityAssuranceand otherdepartmentsas necessary.
Completespecial projectsassigned bymanager.
Attend and successfully complete all factory-based and local technical training and corporate training as assigned.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
Technicalengineeringor scientific degree or equivalent field service experience
Familiar with MS Office toolsSAP andAirbaskillsis a plus.
Fluent Mandarin capable of written and oral EnglishStrong communicationskills English fluency a significant plus
The ability to work both independently and as a team iswhile communicating effectivelywithboth internal and external customers.
Semiconductor and/or gas industry experience a plus
Ability to obtain a valid Passport and Visas for international travel is
