What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients in a commercial real estate location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas including lobbies corridors stairwells parking areas and perimeter points; conditions may vary by location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or requests for assistance in a calm problem-solving manner and notify site contacts and/or public services when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and common areas during patrols observe for unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized entry property damage and/or other policy violations.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation communicate observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership and assist with security-related service requests as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
