Job Summary

DevOps Engineer AWS CDK & Kubernetes

Key Responsibilities

Lead DevOps strategy roadmap and implementation across applications and platforms.
Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI or Azure DevOps.
Drive implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CDK Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible.
Develop and maintain AWS CDK scripts for provisioning cloud infrastructure components ensuring reusable scalable and secure patterns.
Oversee cloud infrastructure design automation and operations on AWS.
Lead containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
Collaborate with architects developers QA and SRE teams to improve release processes.
Implement monitoring logging and alerting frameworks using tools like CloudWatch Prometheus Grafana ELK or Splunk.
Ensure compliance with security standards secrets management and DevSecOps practices.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance and reliability.
Mentor junior DevOps and CDK engineers and drive continuous improvement across teams.

Required Qualifications

812 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in DevOps engineering.
Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS services (EC2 Lambda VPC S3 EKS RDS CloudWatch).
Deep experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
Strong scripting skills in Python Shell or .
Expertise in Docker Kubernetes and microservices deployment patterns.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub branching strategies and pull request workflows.
Strong understanding of networking security groups IAM encryption and cloud best practices.
Hands-on experience writing troubleshooting and deploying AWS CDK scripts for IaC automation.
Experience in onshore/offshore delivery and leading multi-functional teams.
Excellent communication leadership and troubleshooting skills.
