What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel contractors and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas warehouses parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards unsecured doors or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor processing by checking identification verifying authorization issuing temporary badges as directed and maintaining accurate entry and/or exit logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner communicating with site contacts and emergency services as needed and providing clear updates to Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete detailed security-related reports and shift documentation including incident reports patrol activity logs and equipment status checks following site protocols for controlled areas and restricted information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
