You will monitor assigned areas respond to alarms and/or reported concerns and communicate clearly with onsite contacts. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients tenants and shoppers by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and mall common areas parking lots loading areas and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances corridors and other public areas for unusual activity suspicious behavior and/or potential hazards and report observations per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with crowd control access concerns and/or conflicts while coordinating with site contacts and public responders as needed.
• Document patrol activity incidents and service requests in written and/or electronic reports and communicate updates to supervisors and/or oncoming officers.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
