What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests visitors and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of hotel and resort areas including lobbies corridors meeting spaces parking areas loading docks and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including disturbances medical situations and/or fire and alarm activations and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor access points and guest-only areas assist with key control and/or lost and found procedures as assigned and report suspicious activity according to post orders.
• Complete reports and logs such as shift activity incident reports and/or patrol documentation and communicate status updates to site management and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
