The role
The Client Director Audiences & Culture is a senior client-facing role responsible for delivering market-leading audience consultancyto our clients. This includes advising on how to effectivelyleveragefirst- second- and third-party data to optimise media investment improve targeting strategies and drive stronger business outcomes.
What youll do
Audience Strategy & Growth:
Build compelling insightled client narratives that link audience strategy directly to business challenges and growth KPIs.
Support client adoption of(dentsusproprietary audience and identitysolution.)
Activation & Measurement:
Work alongside our Data & Tech team to advise clients on theright data and tech approachesto improve audience performance across media channels.
Workwithchannelbuying teams to devisechannel leveltest and learnagendas createhypotheses andconcisely convert insightsinto actionableoptimisationsthatdeliverlongterm growth for clients.
WorkwithDentsus measurementspecialiststodevise measurementframeworksthatenable clients tobest understand business impact of data-driven approaches in driving outcomes.
Thought Leadership
Act as a thought leader championing audience-first solutions within the organisation.
Stay informed on industry trends emerging technologies and data strategies.
About you
BA/BS degree or relevant combination of education and experience.
5 years of agency experience in client facing audiencedata-based strategy roles.
Proventrack recordof defining and delivering data driven marketing strategies.
Strongverbal and written communication skillscommensuratetodeliver strategyto senior level stakeholders.
Proven strong cross-functional and cross-agency management interpersonalcommunication and collaboration skills.
