Learn more: As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine rounds and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to reports document activities and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication and teamwork. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license in line with AU Driver Policy requirements.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees contractors and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures policies and post orders and/or supporting emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings production areas parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Control access at designated entry points by checking credentials managing visitor check-in and badge processes and directing authorized personnel to appropriate locations.
• Respond to alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with site representatives and/or public responders when needed.
• Complete shift logs incident reports and other required documentation and communicate observations and status updates to the Allied Universal supervisor and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1 years of security experience.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
