Job Summary
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine strukturierte serviceorientierte und energiegeladene Persönlichkeit die Organisationstalent mit Teamspirit verbindet.
Du liebst es Aufgaben zu koordinieren behältst auch bei vielen To-dos den Überblick und unterstützt dein Team mit Leidenschaft Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Reisebuchungen über SAP Concur oder das Reisebüro vornehmen (inkl. Koordination rund um Business Trips)
- Empfang & Telefonzentrale
- Rechnungsversand sowie weitere Post-/Mailing-Themen koordinieren
- Support bei regionalen Messen/Events in Mainhausen
- Monatliche Sales-Reports prüfen und in die USA weiterleiten
- Sales-Zahlen zusammenstellen und aufarbeiten
- Präsentationen für Kundentermine vorbereiten
Das bringst du mit:
- Sehr gutes Deutsch & Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Erfahrung in der Reisebranche gerne auch mit SAP Concur
- MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Service-Mindset Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke Teamspirit Flexibilität
