Staff Nurse - Night Shifts - 21 per hour
This nursing home provides general nursing and dementia care to older adults in a calm and homely setting designed to feel relaxed and comfortable. As a Registered Nurse you will take responsibility for clinical care across the home supporting residents independence dignity and choice throughout the night.
Before You Apply
- This role requires an active NMC PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
- Applicants must have recent nursing home or older adult care experience.
- You must be confident leading the night shift independently.

What Youll Need
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration
- Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a nursing home
- Confidence working independently on night shifts
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
What Youll Do
- Deliver and review person-centred nursing care
- Administer and manage medications safely
- Lead the night shift and oversee care staff
- Monitor residents clinical condition and respond to changes
- Maintain accurate care plans and regulatory documentation
- Liaise with on-call professionals where required
