Job Description
As a Security Officer - EMT Firefighter Certifications Required in Fairless Hills PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location as an unarmed patrol officer in a driving post. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents assist with access control and respond to alarms and urgent situations with calm communication. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees contractors and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures including access control and visitor processing at an industrial manufacturing location.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following post orders and emergency response guidelines when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings production areas yards and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor cameras alarm panels and other systems as assigned and report unusual activity policy violations and/or equipment issues through the appropriate channels.
- Document daily activities patrol observations and incident details in logs and reports and communicate key information during shift transitions.
Minimum Requirements:
- EMT Certification is required.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Previous Firefighting Experience is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
