Keeps premises of office building or other commercial or institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties. If in a Lead capacity the incumbent also ensures the route is followed according to the direction of the Account Manager/Account Supervisor performs quality inspections and may recommend disciplinary actions to the Account Supervisor.

Clean facilities by sweeping dusting etc.
Assist with furniture setups.
Perform maintenance and light repairs.
Perform routine landscaping on the grounds.
Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls sidewalks etc.)
Undertake light installation or carpentering (e.g. building cabinets)
Repair equipment or appliances.
Assist trades people with electrical plumbing or HVAC repairs.

Proven experience as handyperson
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
Basic understanding of electrical plumbing or HVAC systems.
High school diploma or equivalent
Driving experience / DL required.
Basic computer skills.
Language Ability:
Ability to speak read write and recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers. English is a must.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to conduct simple instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
