What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and shoppers by following Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate supporting emergency response activities within a retail and mall location.
• Monitor alarms CCTV radios and phone lines; dispatch officers to incidents and service requests; and/or coordinate responses with mall management and local authorities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner gathering details prioritizing calls and relaying accurate information to responding personnel.
• Complete required reports and logs including incident documentation shift activity summaries and communication records while maintaining confidentiality of security-related information.
• Support regular and random patrol coverage by tracking patrol check-ins communicating post assignments and helping to identify unusual activity around the business and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Have CPR and/or First Aid preferred and it may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
