The purpose of this position is to execute the conventional product audit master pump & injector periodical validation SAP PEX for QM views & Q-Drive Plant co-ordination

Area of Responsibilities Key Activities  

Ensure validation and calibration of test Injectors and master pumps to 52 benches of MOE2 and PreBo Conduct QZ test for conventional products develop work instruction test plan and test method as per the Bosch norms and ISO Standards

Prepare and execute reaction plan in case of non compliance testing results of in house & extended work bench products Ensure availability of spares and consumables for test benches

Conduct on job training for operation/measurement techniques master calibration & provide information on editing test methods VDA19 PV norms standards engineering drawing fixtures collection of samples & selection of program Ensure notifying of the measurement reports to internal customers

Conduct skill development and evaluation for associates and Flexi man power

Implement requirements of BBM processes and RO-IN Q mindset drive activities (HEP World class SOPQCM FMEA line walk Q-Quiz) Ensure monthly release of Q-Pragati MIS by compiling all Q KPIs of plant Implement CIP and SPFC project according to project guidelines and timeline

Qualifications :

• Bachelors engineering degree in mechanical / automobile/ Industrial
• 7-8 Years of experience in Quality Management and Methods (Product quality Product auditor & Master pump and Injector management)
• Test benches handling experience (desirable)

• Competent knowledge of engineering drawings Bosch Norms & guidelines measurement techniques test methods MSA 5S and safety

• Competent inter personnel and communication skills
• Basic trouble shooting skills (AMCPMI break down calibration)
