What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees contractors and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a technology office location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior spaces exterior grounds and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance or hazard concerns through the proper channels.
• Monitor access points verify identification and/or credentials manage visitor check-in processes and direct guests to appropriate destinations in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including documenting events completing required reports and communicating updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
• Observe and report unusual conditions using available tools such as cameras access control systems and patrol routes and escalate suspicious activity or policy violations per site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
