Job Summary
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments and personnel within the propertys telephone system.
- Greet callers in a professional manner and provide courteous assistance with call routing and general inquiries.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols to ensure proper response during critical situations.
- Receive emergency calls and promptly connect callers with security and maintenance teams to facilitate rapid response and resolution.
Qualifications :
- Minimum one (1) year of professional experience with telephone switchboard systems multi-line phone systems or customer service operations.
- Proficiency in English required. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
- Demonstrated typing proficiency of at least 30 words per minute with competent personal computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in call routing and information management.
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods during assigned shifts.
- Commitment to obtaining and maintaining all required certifications and licenses as specified for this position.
