As a Security Officer - Checkpoint Driver in Little Rock AR you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants visitors and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures property policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Monitor and help to control entry and exit points for a commercial real estate location including verifying identification issuing visitor credentials maintaining sign-in logs and directing visitors to the proper destination.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting actions taken and notifying property management and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas building entrances parking areas and the perimeter to help to identify unusual activity hazards and/or policy violations.
- Operate and monitor security-related systems and equipment as assigned such as cameras alarms intercoms and key control and complete required reports and shift handoffs.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
