Job Description
As a Cleared Security Patrol in Clearfield UT you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. Join Allied Universal at an aero and defense location as an unarmed Patrol Officer conducting routine patrols and visibility checks to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control respond to alarms and/or reports document observations and communicate clearly with employees visitors and local partners. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings production areas parking lots and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns.
- Monitor access control points by checking identification managing visitor sign-in and directing deliveries to designated receiving areas per post orders.
- Respond to alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with site contacts and public responders as needed.
- Document patrols incidents and irregular activities in written reports and logs and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 1 years of security-related experience.
- Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
