Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs preferences and budget constraints.
- Utilize your emotional intelligence to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits of various vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and walk customers through the car buying process addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and product updates to provide customers with accurate information.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

Previous sales or retail experience is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
