An established customer-focused furniture/fabrics company dedicated to delivering quality products and exceptional service is seeking an experienced motivated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team and help create outstanding experiences for their customers.
Monday -Thursday 8AM to 5PM Friday 8AM to 3PM
$20 / hr.
Responsibilities include:
Data entry maintains and distributes emails
Furniture quoting follow-upon order issues with related parties (COM delays credit etc.)
Development and implementation of Client Relations policies and procedures
Creates and maintains information for Client Relations folders on shared drive
Assists with administrative duties requested from CS manager as needed
Review Backlog Report to promptly deliver pertinent information to client(s)
