What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal protocols site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the automotive facility lots service areas and perimeter to help identify unusual activity hazards and/or policy violations.
• Control access at designated entry points by greeting entrants verifying authorization where required issuing visitor directions and/or monitoring contractor and delivery activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner requesting appropriate assistance and completing required notifications.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports perform routine checks of doors gates and equipment and communicate security-related observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have security-related experience of 2 years.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
