Position Overview

We are seeking 1 Lift Spotter to support technicians working at heights and operating lifts during a night shift project. The Spotter will be responsible for monitoring lift activity ensuring safe operations and assisting with additional site tasks as required. This role requires strong situational awareness reliability and strict adherence to safety standards.

Project Details

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: 9:00 PM 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Pay Rate: $15$18 per hour
Travel/Per Diem: Not available

Scope of Work (SOW)

Act as a safety spotter for technicians operating lifts.
Monitor surroundings to ensure safe lift operation and hazard prevention.
Communicate clearly with lift operators and crew members.
Assist with additional site-related duties as needed.
Maintain compliance with all safety and site requirements.

Requirements

Ability to work night shifts (9PM6AM).
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work in an active construction environment.

PPE Requirements

Technicians must provide their own:

Class E Rated Hard Hat
Safety-Toed Boots
Safety Glasses
High-Visibility Vest or Shirt
