Job Summary

Interim Director of Operations 6 Month Contract
London For-Profit Housing Provider

We are supporting a London-based for-profit housing organisation in the appointment of an Interim Director of Operations for a six-month contract.

This role will provide executive leadership across the business while a permanent appointment is recruited. The successful candidate will take full operational responsibility and act as the organisational lead during this period.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Customer Services
Repairs & Maintenance
Defect Reporting
Health & Safety (all homes within High-Rise Buildings)
Regulatory compliance and statutory requirements
Board reporting and stakeholder engagement

This is a critical leadership role requiring strong operational credibility regulatory awareness and experience managing services within a high-compliance housing environment.
