JD:
- Respond to and escalate incidents based on criticality impact and SLA requirements
- Act as first-level incident responder and support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) exercises
- Provide 24x7 Data Centre operations support including remote hands services and customer request fulfilment
- Monitor Data Centre facilities infrastructure (UPS power temperature humidity EMS access control etc.)
- Coordinate maintenance shutdowns and technical issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage incident closure root cause analysis change requests and ensure SLA compliance
- Maintain documentation reporting and ensure adherence to SOP MOP ERP and change control processes
JR:
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Computer & Communications Engineering Information & Digital Technologies or equivalent
- Alternatively Technical certification (e.g. ITE) with minimum 5 years of relevant 24x7 Data Centre operations experience
- Basic knowledge of Data Centre electrical mechanical and critical infrastructure systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to multitask work under pressure and perform shift duties (24x7 environment)
- Analytical proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
Location: Jurong West Kim Chuan 2
Shift role: 12 hours rotational shift
Salary Range: $3500 - $4500
