The Field Manager is critical to ensuring excellence in store performance across the 7-Eleven network. Directly accountable for the performance of between 10 14 stores in the Toowoomba & Ipswich region. You are an experienced retail leader who will use that experience to coach and mentor Store Leaders to execute on our customer ambition.
Were seeking someone who is passionate about retail and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment someone energised by daily interaction with like-minded driven individuals. Youll get a real buzz from empowering others to reach their full potential while also setting and maintaining high standards for instore excellence and customer service.
