What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors drivers and employees at an automotive location by carrying out security procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Control access at entry points by verifying identification and visit purpose issuing temporary credentials as directed and maintaining access logs in accordance with site guidelines.
- Monitor cameras alarms and access control systems; report irregular activity and document observations per Allied Universal and site requirements.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate.
- Complete routine reports and incident documentation communicate shift activity during post handoff and follow escalation procedures to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess a TSA issued TWIC.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
